入选理由:转子线圈为典型的小批量、离散型生产模式,其特点为人机混合作业、工序分散、物流无序,造成了企业劳动强度大、制造效率低、成本高等问题。无锡中车时代联合上海电气发电机厂、华科锡研院、鼎格工业软件协同创新,突破自动识别与柔性抓取、在线视觉检测系统、混合电气系统拓扑结构、数据采集和预测分析以及数字化生产管理系统等关键技术,研制转子线圈智能制造柔性生产线。项目投产后,整条产线实现了一人管理和一键式操作,平均生产周期由40 天缩短至10 天,运营成本降低20%,能源利用率提高5%,为发电机智能工厂解决方案提供了重要借鉴。
The manufacturing of rotor coil is a typical small-batch and discrete production mode, which is characterized by man-machine mixed operation, dispersed working procedure and disordered logistics, resulting in problems of high labor intensity, low manufacturing efficiency and high cost. To solve the problem, CRRC-Wuxi TIE, in collaboration with SGP, HUST-Wuxi RI and DGIS, have developed a flexible production line for intelligent manufacturing of rotor winding and broken through a number of key technologies including automatic identification and flexible grasping, online visual inspection system, hybrid electrical system topology, data collection and predictive analysis, and digital production management system, etc. After applied to production, the intelligent manufacturing has realized one-person management and one-button operation. In addition, the average production cycle of rotor coil is shortened from 40 days to 10 days, while operating cost is reduced by 20% and energy efficiency is increased by 5%. The project provides important reference for the solution of generator intelligent factory.
