入选理由：中铁装备联合浙大高研院、雪浪云构建全断面隧道掘进装备行业工业互联网平台：盾构大脑PaaS系统将工业互联网技术与掘进装备制造领域深度融合，实现工业机理、数据模型、知识经验封装固化；多源数据采集传输系统解决网络条件恶劣、工业协议众多、数据多源异构难题，实现掘进装备集群规模化数据采集与互联互通，积累了数据资产；孵化一批掘进装备智能设计、运维关键机理模型，实现地质参数与设备运行参数间关系定量表达，掘进装备地—机作用状态的实时感知与评价，掘进装备故障智能诊断与维修方案智能推荐。
This Industrial Internet Platform for Full Face Tunnel Boring Equipment is jointly developed by CREG, ZJUIAM and Xuelang Cloud. In this platform: The shield-brain PaaS system integrates Industrial Internet technology deeply into the domain of boring equipment manufacturing, to encapsulate and consolidate industrial mechanisms, data models and knowledge and experience. The multi-source data acquisition and transmission system solves problems like poor network conditions, multitudinous industrial protocols and multi-source isomerous data, realizes scaled acquisition and interconnection of data among boring equipment clusters, and accumulates data assets. A batch of key mechanism models of boring equipment design and maintenance are incubated to generate quantitative expressions of interrelations between geological parameters and equipment operation parameters, real-time perceptions and evaluations of boring equipment’s ground-machine active conditions, as well as intelligent recommendations for smart failure diagnosis and maintenance solutions of boring equipment.
