入选理由:中国航天科工二院二十三所构建面向智能制造的复杂电子组件数字化精巧协同生产方式,探索出以“工艺赋能、快速重构、数据为用” 为特征的智能车间运营管理模式。实现组件钎焊、贴片键合、电性能测试等多道工序全自动化;从生产管理、生产设施及物流三个维度实现产线快速重构,提高产线的柔性及快速响应能力;构建“面向对象”的大数据分析及可视化平台,应用数字感知与智能识别等技术进行在线检测分析;构建孪生车间实时精准监控设备参数和实际效能,进行远程故障诊断及预测性维修,实现生产设备的健康管理。
The No.23 Institute of the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. has constructed a digital exquisite synergic production model for complex electronic components and explored an intelligent workshop operation and management mode characterized by “empowered by techniques, quickly restructured and gathering data for application”. Components soldering, chip bonding, electric performance testing and other procedures are fully automated. A quick restructuring of production lines is realized at three dimensions, namely, production management, production equipment and logistics, thus improving the flexibility and quick response of production lines. An “object-oriented” big data analysis and visualization platform is built to apply digital sensing and intelligent identification technology in online detection analysis. A twin workshop is constructed to precisely monitor equipment parameters and actual efficiency in real time, make remote fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance, and implement health management over production equipment.
