This outdoor welding solution developed based on Universal Robots can improve the stability of outdoor welding quality and optimize the working environment. Currently, the welding robot has been successfully used in the field of outdoor construction welding. Combined with the adaptive robot control system, workers can easily complete the settings of the industrial robot. The laser sensor can calculate the optimal operating path and improve process stability and operating flexibility to better adapt to complex welding environments. In application, one operator can control two robots at the same time, resulting a significant improvement in production efficiency. The collaborative welding robots have changed the way traditional welders work in complex environments, improved welding quality and efficiency, and reduced safety risks.
