TRUMPF TruBend Series 8000 series bending machines are characterized by their flexibility, large sizes and capability to bend small, large or extra-large parts efficiently and accurately. ToolShuttle has a load capacity of more than 160m, and can be assembled quickly and easily when used with heavy bending molds, providing them with good protection. The machines tool has precise multi-sidedness, an available installation height of up to 875mm, large extensions and a stamping force of up to 1,000t.impress with their precise versatility, a usable open height of uo to 875mm, large throat depth and a max press force of 1,000 tons. The deflection compensation cwowing capalibity and mold clamping device are strong enough to carry up to have a load capacity of up to 6,000kN/m per meter and achieve strong bending. Driving device is optional equipped upon requirements, It is the users’ option to equip an on-demand drive device that automatically adjusts the motor speed according to slider movement, which significantly reduces energy consumption in addition to limiting noise generation.
