核燃料组件自主化关键制造技术及成套装备

湖南大学与合作单位针对核燃料从“芯块”到“元件”再到“组件”若干关键制造技术开展研究,攻克辐射损伤可靠性分析与设计关键共性技术、核燃料芯块制备的磨削制造工艺及自动化装备、核燃料元件制造的智能无损检测工艺与装备、核燃料组件组装的格架条带级进模冲制工艺与智能化装备等,开发芯块制备、元件制造、组件组装系列化关键工艺与高端装备,支撑我国核燃料生产自主能力建设。
 
Hunan University has carried out research on the key manufacturing technology of nuclear fuel with its cooperative enterprises and institutes, throughout the whole chain from “pellets” to “elements” and then“assemblies”. They have overcome the reliability analysis and design technology of radiation damage, grinding processes and automatic equipment for nuclear fuel pellet preparation, intelligent non-destructive
detection technology and equipment for nuclear fuel element manufacturing, and grid strip progressive punching processes and intelligent equipment for nuclear fuel assembling, etc. They have developed series of
key processes and high-end equipment for nuclear fuel pellet preparation, element manufacturing and assembly assembling, which supports the nuclear fuel assembly manufacturing in China.
