中联农业机械股份有限公司、中联智慧农业股份有限公司、国家农业智能装备工程技术研究中心与安徽中科智能感知科技股份有限公司针对水稻生产五个环节,从感知、传输、平台和应用四个层面搭建了智能化与数字化管控平台。耕整地应用激光平地和无人拖拉机技术;种植过程采用无人驾驶有序抛秧技术;收获过程采用无人驾驶的自适应调节水稻收割机并实现自动卸粮;烘干过程采用智能烘干技术。全程利用数字化决策模型指导、调度生产作业。通过项目应用,减少农事用工、农药及各类肥料投入,并在节水、碳汇量等方面效益显著。
ZoomLion Agriculture Machinery Co., ZooMLion Smart Agriculture Co., the National Engineering Research Center for Agricultural Intelligent Equipment, and Anhui Zhongke Intelligent Perception Tech-nology Co. collaborated on five key stages of rice production, constructing an intelligent and digitized control platform across four levels: perception, transmission, platform, and application. They implemented laser-leveling and
unmanned tractor technology for land preparation, orderly unmanned transplanted seedlings for the planting process, and unmanned adaptive adjustment rice harvesters for harvesting, enabling automatic grain unloading. Intelligent drying technology was used for the drying process. The entire operation is guided and scheduled using digital decision models. Through this project, there's a significant reduction in labor, pesticide, and fertilizer inputs, with remarkable benefits in water conservation and carbon sequestration.
