基于 5G+ 工业互联的增材制造产线及在航天高端装备中的应用

北京星航机电装备有限公司与航天增材科技(北京)有限公司联合开发多缸体连续生产的增材制造设备、自适应粉末循环供粉系统、力传感补偿的成形缸粉末自动清理以及 5G 低时延RGV/AGV 物流和力反馈的基板自动紧松螺钉等增材制造产线全流程的自动化成套装备,借助 5G“大带宽、低时延、广连接”技术打通自动化和信息化孤岛,实现增材制造产线设备、生产过程、工艺数据的全方位采集与信息集成。开发基于任务驱动的增材制造产线协同控制系统,实现 5G 边缘云存储与低时延的打印程序下发,生产调度、生产状态实时反馈,产线装备异常管控等功能。
 
Beijing Xinghang Electro-mechanical Co. Ltd. and Aerospace Additive Manufacturing Science & Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd. jointly developed the whole process of additive manufacturing automation production line composed of additive manufacturing equipment for multi-cylinder continuous production, adaptive powder circulation powder supply system, automatic powder cleaning of forming cylinders with force sensing compensation, 5G low-latency RGV/AGV logistics, and automatic tightening screws of force feedback substrate. Islands isolated from automation and informatization are connected with the help of 5G technology that features “large bandwidth, low latency and extensive connection” so as to realize all-round collection and information integration of equipment on additive manufacturing production lines, production process and process data. The two companies developed a task-driven collaborated control system of additive manufacturing production lines to achieve functions, i.e., real-time feedback of 5G edge cloud storage and low-latency printing of the program delivery, production scheduling and production status, and control the abnormal production line and equipment.
