上海大学、上海仪器仪表研究所有限公司、山东创典智能科技有限公司及江苏中天互联科技有限公司通过产学研协同攻关,突破现代制造业高速高精智能感知测控关键技术,针对高速生产过程中造成视觉传感图像亮度不均、拖尾、模糊等问题,提出基于局部能量离散水平集图像子空间定位算法,攻克复杂场景下模糊图像的精准定位技术,技术高速动态检测精度达到了0.01 毫米。提出基于区域投影直方图不变特征的数据稀疏表征映射匹配算法,实现图像子空间快速搜索。研发出速度线缆检测装,研制高速高精智能感知测控系统,解决车辆紧固件、医药包装、新能源电池等产线的高速测控难题,显著降低误检率。
SHU, SCSIRI, SDCD and ZTT Link formed a close cooperation team to develop and master key technologies for high-speed, high-precision intelligent sensing and control in modern manufacturing. They innovatively proposed a level set image subspace positioning algorithm based on local energy discrete paths to overcome the precise positioning technology of blurred images in complex scenes. The technology's high speed dynamic detection accuracy reached 0.01 mm. A data sparse representation mapping matching algorithm based on the invariant features of regional projection histograms is also proposed to achieve fast search of image subspace. They developed speed cable detection equipment and intelligent sensing measurement and control systems, which solved the high-speed measurement and control of vehicle fasteners, medical packaging, new energy batteries and other production lines, and significantly reduced the false detection rate.
