The EcoStruxure Automation Expert platform developed by Schneider Electric enables control functions that are independent of the underlying hardware infrastructure. Through the decoupling of hardware and software across their entire lifecycle, the platform achieves portability, configurability, and interoperability. The platform offers advantages such as ease of use, high reliability, extensive communication connectivity, system scalability, and native AI integration. The reusability feature significantly reduces both the time and cost required for equipment retrofitting. The upgraded system offers excellent mobility and flexibility, enabling the rapid deployment of multiple flexible production lines. This enhances its operational reach and supports large-scale equipment connectivity. Currently, the platform has been applied in various sectors, including transportation, infrastructure construction, water systems, and discrete manufacturing, as well as in enterprise logistics systems, facility management systems, production lines, and data centers.
