清华大学联合成都飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司、中国航空制造技术研究院以及苏州星祥益精密制造有限公司开发飞机部件智能装配测控关键技术:“主动投影视觉特征构建方法”解决大工作空间中准确位姿控制;“模型驱动变频条纹测量方法”突破复杂工况下全域形位测量的瓶颈;“专家经验驱动装配决策方法”克服多接触约束下的高效力控决策难题。实现位姿控制、形位测量和力控精度技术大幅提升,研制飞机部件智能装配全工序装备,建立具有自主知识产权的智能化生产线。技术与产品已用于 10 余家航空制造及维修企业。
Tsinghua University, in collaboration with AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (GROUP) Co., Ltd., AVIC Manufacturing Technology Institute, and Suzhou Xingxiangyi Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd, has developed key measurement and control technology of intelligent assembly for aircraft components. The “active projection visual feature construction method” addresses precise position and pose control in large workspaces; The“model-driven variable frequency fringe measurement method” overcomes bottlenecks in full-field shape and position measurement under complex working conditions; The “expert experience-driven assembly decision making method” resolves challenges in efficient force control decision-making under multi-contact constraints. These breakthroughs have substantially improved position and pose control, shape and position measurement, and force control precision. The project has also led to the development of intelligent assembly equipment covering the entire assembly process for aircraft components and the establishment of an intelligent production line with proprietary intellectual property rights. These technologies and products are now in use at over 10 aviation manufacturing and maintenance enterprises.
