数字式可编程多功能电液控制阀关键技术及应用

浙江大学与江苏恒立液压科技有限公司通过产学研协同攻关,从感知、驱控、决策三个方面,突破数字式可编程多功能电液控制阀关键技术。提出融合多源信息和模型的自感知技术,实现阀口流量、负载等状态信息的软测量;攻克数字独立先导驱动技术,研制阀上集成控制器,提高液压阀响应速度,并实现温漂和制造偏差在线补偿。提出多功能切换的双阀并联构型,研制多通讯接口的系统控制器及调控软件,减少整机燃油消耗与压力振荡、提高定位精度。技术与产品已应用至高端工程机械以及船舶汽轮机等,实现了装备高效率、高精度控制与智能化升级。
 
ZJU, in industry-academia-research collaboration with Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd., has achieved breakthroughs in the key technologies of digital, programmable, and multi-functional electro-hydraulic control valves. This project focuses on three aspects consisting of sensing, drive control, and decision-making. At first, a self-sensing technology that combines multi-source information with models is proposed, enabling soft measurement of state variables such as valve flow and load. Then, the project develops a digital and independent pilot drive technology, and an integrated electronic controller, such that the response speed of the hydraulic valve is increased, as well as the temperature drift and manufacturing deviations are compensated online. Additionally, a dual-spool parallel layout for multi-functional switching is proposed, and a system controller with multi communication interfaces and control software is developed, which reduces fuel consumption and pressure oscillations of the machines, as well as improves positioning accuracy. Corresponding technologies and products have been successfully applied to high-end construction machinery, marine steam turbines, and other advanced equipment, which achieves efficient and high-precision control, together with intelligent upgrades.
