大型复杂结构数模驱动智能焊接自主化装备

中船黄埔文冲船舶有限公司研究大尺寸复杂船体结构智能焊接技术,打通从设计端到装备端的数据赋能技术,建成大型复杂结构智能焊接装备,实现自动识别、自动避障、自主决策、智能焊接,推动国产自主软件三维模型“一模到底”,实现工艺数据流的动、焊接控制控的准、智能装备用的优。国产软件数据赋能焊接装备,数模驱动生产工艺流程代替人工识别图纸工艺,多机器人协同智能焊接代替多人工焊接。机器人焊接生产现场干净整齐,焊缝外观成形好,焊接一次合格率高,焊接整体效率显著提升。该装备已推广应用到船舶、桥梁、海工平台等领域。
 
HPWS has developed intelligent welding technologies for large complex hull structures, enabled seamless data-model-driven integration from the design phase to the equipment phase, leading to the development of intelligent welding equipment for large complex structures, achieved automatic identification, obstacle avoidance, autonomous decision-making, and intelligent welding, promotes domestic independent software 3D model data driven capabilities, enabling dynamic process data flow, precise welding control, and intelligent equipment well used. Domestically developed software has empowered welding equipment through data-driven capabilities, replacing manual drawings with data-model-driven production processes, and manual multi-person welding with multi-robot collaborative intelligent welding. The welding sites are clean and organized, with robots producing high-quality welds characterized by excellent visual appearance and 1st accept ratio high. The overall welding efficiency has improved significantly. This equipment has been adopted in fields such as shipbuilding, bridge construction, and offshore platforms.
