东华大学联合无锡一棉纺织集团有限公司、经纬智能纺织机械有限公司、无锡灵奕智能科技有限公司开展纺纱行业智能机器人研发和应用。项目利用具身智能技术,创新性地突破了机器人接头柔顺作业的自学习智能控制技术、自导航细纱接头机器人自主移动控制技术,构建了云边融合的细纱接头机器人协同智能系统,集灵巧操作智能、自主移动智能与群体协同智能于一体。开发的巡游式细纱自动接头机器人,具备高效的柔性作业能力和强大的自主决策能力,在接头时间、接头成功率、看台率等三大核心指标表现优异。在多家企业应用示范形成多应用场景,展现出高作业柔性、高投入产出比的效果。该项目补全了纺纱全流程自动化技术断点,实现机器人化纺纱智能制造新模式。
Donghua, in collaboration with Yimian, Jingwei, and Lingyi, has advanced the research and application of intelligent robotics in the spinning industry. The project leverages embodied intelligence technology and innovatively breaks through the self-learning intelligent control for flexible joint operations and autonomous mobility control of self-navigating spinning yarn joint robot. It has established a cloud-edge integrated collaborative intelligent system for spinning yarn joint robot, combining dexterous operation intelligence, autonomous movement intelligence, and group collaboration intelligence. The newly developed roaming automatic spinning yarn joint robots has efficient flexible operation capabilities and strong autonomous decision making abilities, showing excellent performance in three key indicators: joint operation time, joint success rate, and machine coverage rate. Pilot applications in multiple enterprises have showcased effectiveness in various scenarios, achieving high operational flexibility and an excellent input-output ratio. This project fills the gap in the full-process automation technology of spinning, achieving the new global model of robotic spinning intelligent manufacturing.
