Based on 5G, machine vision, edge computing, and big data analysis, integrating automation equipment, three-dimensional warehouses, automated logistics, online measurement, intelligent sensor control, and other devices, Dongfang Turbine achieved innovations in nine technologies, namely, blade design process collaboration, flexible processing control for mixed-line production of multi-variety small-batch blades, automatic process monitoring and compensation, self-perception of production line status, integration of logistics and production line processing, precise management and control of 5G+ smart logistics, adaptive scheduling for discrete manufacturing, virtual-to-real discrete manufacturing management and control, and digital twin for blade management, production and operation. The company has also implemented a complete solution for the digital transformation of discrete equipment manufacturing.
