基于数字底座的虚拟制造平台在汽车行业的应用

吉利汽车集团有限公司联合无锡雪浪数制科技有限公司、浙江大学高端装备研究院,构建基于数字底座构建数据 + 模型双驱动的数字孪生工厂。采用离散事件仿真和 Agent 混合建模,融合实时数据、机理模型与业务流程,实现生产瓶颈快速高精度识别与预测。生产仿真与优化算法多核并行实现生产过程优化,快速获得最优决策。搭建全生命周期的资源供需平衡状态监测与优化云平台,保障系统高质量运行。利用实时数据驱动预演生产因素动态变化,实现主动式生产风险预测、跨领域高效协同,大幅提升物料齐套率及更优排产方案。已在吉利汽车集团多个基地应用,经济价值显著的同时延伸到上下游产业链。
 
Geely Auto Group, in collaboration with XUELANG and ZJUIAM, has established a digital foundatione based digital twin factory driven by both data and model. It employs discrete event simulation and Agent-based hybrid modeling to integrate real-time data, mechanism models, and business processes, enabling rapid and high-precision identification and prediction of production bottlenecks. Production simulation and optimization algorithms are implemented in parallel on multi-core systems to optimize the production process and quickly derive optimal decisions. A cloud platform for monitoring and optimizing resource supply-demand balance throughout the entire product lifecycle has been established to ensure high-quality system operation. Real-time data is leveraged to drive simulations of dynamic production factor changes, achieving proactive production risk prediction, efficient cross-domain collaboration, significantly improving material kit completeness, and optimal scheduling solutions. It has been applied across multiple Geely Auto Group bases, yielding significant economic value and extending to both upstream and downstream parts of the industrial chain.
