In the solution developed by Advantech based on its digital twin low code platform WISE-InsightAPM, the Metalworks management solution over processing sites enables efficient site management, resources coordination, and effective management over the general equipment efficiency; the Facility Management System adopts a unified platform for integrated management over equipment and system facilities, and enables information exchange, information sharing and linked management among sub-systems through reflections by the digital twin; and, the EMS (energy management system) collects and analyzes resource consumption, environmental factors, comfort of use, costs and other data of equipment and facility to master real-time operation status, adjust equipment parameters, quickly identify reasons for any abnormal resource consumption, predict energy consumption in future and optimize control strategies for overall energy efficiency improvement.
