The S4+P4 Flexible Manufacture System of Salvagnini, composed of an S4 punching-shearing center, a P4 panel bender and customized devices for material loading/unloading, sorting and transferring, is designed for sheet metal punching, shearing and bending involved in kit production, small batch multiple-variety production or big batch production. The S4 punching-shearing center adopts a rectangle of multi-press punch heads that allows “punching and shearing in parallel” in processing, with no need for mold changing. The P4 panel bender is equipped with universal bending tools and upper and lower blades, which require no mold changing or manual intervention. The S4+P4 Flexible Manufacture System is capable of fully automatic and highly integrated operation that minimizes the influence of manual factors, ensures processing precision and improves productivity, with the personnel costs reduced, mold development cycle shortened and costs cut.
