实时交互技术,实现潜水器对深渊复杂环境的精准快速响应和作业效能的提升。
“Fendouzhe”, the full ocean deep manned submersible jointly developed by CSSRC, SIACAS, and IOACAS, has adopted multiple intelligent manufacturing technologies to adapt to the full oceandeep extreme environment. For example, it adopted the vacuum electron beam welding and detecting technology contributing the success of the manned pressure hull ;The online monitoring technology for hydrostatic external pressure test to improve the parts and equipment’s reliability in extremely high-pressure environment. The real-time stress monitoring technology and insulation detecting technology are applied for the manned pressure hull to broaden its health monitoring scope and ensure the submersible’s structure and electrical safety.The fault diagnosis technology, the high-precision navigation control technology, and the real-time data interaction technology between the manned submersible and its mother ship are also used to realize the submersible’s precise and quick response to the deep and complicated environment and improve working efficiency.
